MindVault FAQ

How Many Questions Before ABPN Boards?

There is no evidence-based universal number of questions that guarantees a passing ABPN result. Set a target you can complete with careful review, then judge readiness by accuracy trends, domain coverage, and whether you can explain why each distractor is wrong.

Choose a target you can review deeply

Quality of Review Beats a Vanity Total

One carefully reviewed question can expose several testable concepts. A rushed thousand-question target may create recognition without durable recall. Budget at least as much time for review as for answering.

Build a Target From Time and Coverage

Estimate available study days, reserve rest and catch-up days, and choose a daily volume that leaves time for explanations. Increase mixed timed sets in the final phase.
